  1. What payment methods do you accept?

    All five Myer Hotels accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, Diner’s Club, debit cards, cash and travelers’ checks. Personal checks are not accepted.

  2. What are check-in and check-out times?

    All five Myer Hotels have the following check-in and check-out times:

    • Check-in begins at 3:00PM
    • Check-out ends at 11:00AM
  3. If I arrive earlier than 3:00PM, will I be able to check-in early?

    Early check-in depends on the previous night’s check-outs. If the guest room is ready, we will gladly check you in when you arrive.

  4. How can I make a reservation?

    Reservations can be made on-line:

    Reservations can be made by calling 877.FUN.STAY and selecting the hotel of your choice from the menu. A credit card is required to hold the reservation, but you may choose another form of payment upon check-out.

  5. What is your reservation cancellation policy?

    With all five Myer Hotels, individual reservations must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to your arrival date.

  6. Are pets allowed at your hotels?

    Myer Hotels currently adheres to a no pet policy in all of its guest rooms, except to comply with the ADA.  We can also provide information on a Branson vacation for your family pet at one of Branson's fine pet boarding facilities.

  7. Are handicap accessible rooms and bathrooms available?

    Yes, all five hotels offer handicap accessible rooms with handicap accessible bathrooms. Please call each hotel individually for specific details on the features offered (877.FUN.STAY).

  8. What is the best time of year to visit Branson? When are the busy / slow seasons?

    Branson is a great destination year round. January, February and March are the quieter times with several of the theaters and hotels closed. The spring and summer months bring families to the area on vacation to enjoy lake activities, family shows and attractions. During the fall months beautiful foliage and festivals in the Branson area draw several visitors. Beginning November 1st, it’s Christmas time in the Ozarks and Branson comes alive with holiday festivities and special Christmas shows.

  9. Are refrigerators and microwaves available in the rooms and what is the additional cost for them?

    At each Myer Hotel there are rooms available with both microwaves and refrigerators already in them. However, if you reserve a room without either amenity, you can still have a microwave and refrigerator placed in the room, based on availability, for an additional $10.00 per night.

  10.  What does the deluxe continental breakfast include?

    All five Myer Hotels daily serve hot biscuits and gravy, hot oatmeal, a selection of cold cereals, fresh fruit, boiled eggs, assorted donuts and pastries, white and whole wheat toast, fruit juices, coffee, hot tea, hot chocolate and milk. The three Comfort Inns also offer guests fresh Belgium waffles and the two Best Westerns offer toaster waffles.

  11.  Do you offer packages at Myer Hotels?

    There is an iBranson Guest Services ticket agent in either the gift shop or lobby of all Myer Hotels. These Guest Service Agents will help you select and purchase theater or attraction tickets.
